Chris launches campaign to save the Lamb Pub!

The Lamb Pub in Cadbury Heath is currently under threat and may be sold off to developers. This may see the only local pub in the area being forced to close its doors for the final time. Your Prospective MP, Chris Skidmore, has launched a campaign to save the pub, and is campaigning to keep it open for the local community. Already the campaign has attracted more than 240 supporters.
Chris, a local man who has family who living in Banjo Island, has started a petition which he will be presenting to the local council and the brewers, requesting that the pub remain open for the sake of the community.
Chris said: 'Over recent years, the local community in Banjo Island has worked really hard to make the area a great place to live. If the local pub is closed, this will be a disaster for the area. It is one of the hubs of the community. Once the pub is gone, it is gone.
