Chris joins Save Our Green Spaces to hand in hundreds
of letters opposing building on Oldland's green belt

At Kingswood Civic Centre, Chris joined the Oldland Common Save Our Green Spaces group to hand in hundreds of local letters of objection to plans to build on local green belt land. The plans have come about as a result of the government's Regional Spatial Strategy, which is seeking to build on green belt land, despite strong local opposition.

Chris said: 'The work Oldland Common Save Our Green Spaces have done is absolutely fantastic. As a local resident who lives and grew up in the area, I am determined to fight the government's disastrous Regional Spatial Strategy, which must be abolished if we are to protect our local green belt'.
